At Restaurant Huis Vermeer you are welcome for a royal treatment by the kitchen and operating brigade. A culinary experience, both lunch and dinner. The menu is decorated with beautiful seasonal and local products from the Deventer area.
Open seven days a week. Home-made pastries and Coffee from 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 16:00 and dinner from 17:00.

Other than the menu you will also find the à la carte menu where you can choose from our classics. From seasonal farm-fresh oysters to a beautiful piece of meat. From our smoked salmon to an extensive cheese board from "Kaashandel de Brink". Or the amazing extensive fish plate (Fruits de Mer), with, among other things: garlic fried prawns and sashimi of tuna.

The sommeliers look fotward to give you with a wonderful wine-food combination. The wines are carefully selected based on the flavors of the dishes. Our extensive wine list changes several times a year to keep surprising with undiscovered sparkling wines.
Together with Domaine de Marotte, located in Provence - at the foot of Mont Ventoux - we are love to make you happy you with our own label; the 'Vermeer Wines'. Four wines with the Grenache grape in their roots and the hit: monocépage Jeunes Vignes - Viognier.

Looking for Private dining? Our old banker's house involves three different lunch and dinner rooms which can also be rented separately, this is possible with a group of at least 12 people.
